Summary: Killed 4 spiders in the room over 2 days. Left a watch in the room. Realized 5 minutes after checking out and staff wouldn't let us back in to retrieve it. When we were finally let in after multiple phone calls the watch was gone after housekeeping had "looked" for the watch. Won't be returning here.

Summary: Clean, comfortable, quiet standard hotel room with a nice pool/hot tub in a safe and convenient location. Guest laundry washer was in service but the dryer was out of service. Went to a local laundromat to wash clothes (mid trip on a 17 day vacation).

Summary: The room was a really good size. They had really good breakfast sandwiches offered in their continental breakfast. The staff were all friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the floors in the room were dirty. No carpet which I love, but they definitely needed to be mopped. This was the first time we have stayed here (have been to Medford 3 times in the last 5 months) and I wish I knew about it sooner. We will be staying here in the future.

Summary: Josh at the front desk was fantastic as always, kind and helpful. Jesus gave us a ride to the airport and he is so wonderful and such an awesome member of the staff. Love being able to leave our car at the hotel.

Summary: We spent a very little my day on the road, the lady put us up on the 4th floor, that the hallway itself was a mile long. It was an extended journey just to get to our room. This was after I requested a first or second floor.

Summary: One of the reasons i booked this particular hotel was a review saying best made to order breakfast. Well those days are gone. And had I read all the reviews I would have known that. Suggest you make an effort to alert travelers that breakfast is continental, but adequate
